>Jeremy Mayfield
A federal judge just moments ago made Nascar lift their indefinite suspension of Jeremy Mayfield claiming "Nascar hasn't proven Jeremy is a Methhead".!! LOL The judge also stated that this hurts Mr. Mayfield more than its "claims" that Jeremy hurts Nascar as a sport. Stay tuned as this should get good! I believe Mayfield will prove his innocents but we'll see.

Nascar seems to love drama. I glad somebody finally stopped their "rule by fist". i do believe they must have had a good reason for their actions though.

Update... sponsors dont like it
Gunselman says his sponsor, Fred's, does not want Mayfield in the car.
Baldwin says Mayfield has too much baggage to drive his car.
His team was not at the track when the garage opened Thursday, which NASCAR initially said was the deadline for the No. 41 to enter the race.
NASCAR now says Mayfield has until 3 p.m. to bring Mayfield Motorsports to the track.

Even if he raced he wouldn't get points because he wasn't entered on time.
